- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Fayetteville, NC has an immediate need for radiographic studies (non-invasive physiologic studies) of upper or lower extremity arteries, multiple levels or with provocative functional maneuvers, complete bilateral study (e.g. segmental blood pressure measurements, segmental doppler waveform analysis, segmental volume plethysmography, segmental transcutaneous oxygen tension measurements, measurements with postural provocative tests and measurements with reactive hyperemia ) for eligible veteran and employee beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC. Radiographic studies to include use of equipment, facility, professional and technical personnel services to authorized veterans referred to by VA. The contractor must possess all licenses, permits and accreditations and certificates required by law. The solicitor may add CPT codes and rates for services under contract that are not included. The VA uses the Medicare allowable reimbursement rate as a benchmark. All beneficiaries referred during the contract period will be seen at the CONTRACTOR FACILITY. It is the VA intention to negotiate and award on a competitive basis. Transportation to and from the contractor facility will be the responsibility of the patient or FVAMC. The contractors' place of performance must be located within Cumberland County, North Carolina. It is estimated that five hundred (500) patients will be referred for services under this contract each twelve month period. Estimated number of patients per month will vary depending upon need. The exact number of patients to be referred per procedure cannot be determined. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621512. Size standard is $13.5M. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company; business size (large or small); identify whether or not firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories and any pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
