Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source delivery order to The Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri 63166, against the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G-0001. This procurement will incorporate retrofit kits and installation in support of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6360 "Joint Tactical Terminal for the Integrated Broadcast Services (JTT-IBS)/Multi-mission advanced Tactical Terminal (MATT) Replacement". The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the F/A-18E/F/G aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort, and is uniquely positioned to meet and fulfill NAVAIR's requirements within the time required.
