Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Center's in the New York State VISN 2 locations and counties has the requirement for a contractor(s) to provide readjustment counseling services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs in the following counties in the state of NY: Allegany, Albany, Chemung, Clinton, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Essex, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Northern Herkimer, Lewis, Montgomery, Oneida, Otsego, Rensselear, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, St. Lawrence, Sullivan, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren and Washington. The contractor will be required to furnish approved therapy programs for set usual and customary fees. Service providers submitting offers in response to the request for proposal must be physically located where a Vet Center is not present or in counties that are being serviced by a Vet Center and must be an established, licensed business, with a proven track record of providing such services in the counties listed above. All providers must be licensed in NYS to provide the counseling sessions. This requirement is a small business set-aside and we are anticipating multiple awards based on our needs and requirements. Contract is for one year from the date of award, with two (2) one year options, pending availability of funds. The NAICS code is 621330. The small business size standard is $7 Million.
