RFP is Unrestricted. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery is 67 DARO. Stock shipments will be within the continental U.S. Automated Best Value System will apply: award will be based on price offered and past performance. Estimated annual demand quantity for base year is 17341. The GM for the Base year is 4335 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Qty is 34683. Surge is not requirement for this procurement.
