Description

DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement Questions recieved from interested parties and answers from CBP. 1. The Government intends to conduct "One-on-One discussions" with vendors that respond to this RFI with existing, fully developed, and integrated system solutions (non-developmental) to meet the Operational Requirements. The Government will contact these vendors to schedule one-on-one discussions. One-on-one discussions are intended to help CBP develop acquisition strategies and solicitations that will ultimately provide the best opportunity for the program to meet its performance objectives. 2. The Government may utilize support contractors to review and analyze vendor responses to this RFI. Attached is a copy of the DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement (DHS Form 11000-6), which the Government will require support contractors to sign prior to commencing review and analysis of RFI responses.
