All the sample/s received by the Government will be included in the Government internal test/evaluation. The Government will share the test results to the interested vendor specific to their submitted sample ONLY. The vendor who received their technical report shall not published or share their data without Government consent. The Government reserves the right not to test the provided sample if it is found unsafe to use, degrades or damages the sniper weapons performance, or if the provided sample does not meet the minimum requirements identified in this market survey. The Government test outcome will not result to an award of the Sniper Weapon Collimator. All interested vendors who have submitted a sample will be contacted by the Government and will be provided a test schedule. Moreover, the provided sample will be returned in used condition or maybe damaged. The Government is not responsible for the damaged incurred to the sample provided.
