- This amendment is incorporated to extend the closing date of the Region 5 Mechanic with Service Truck solicitation to January 26, 2011, by 1630 PST. The update of the VIPR system for VIPR release 3.2 has run into unexpected problems with the installation at the Application Hosting Enviornment (AHE). At this time we have not received a confirmation of the exact date the upgrade is anticipated to occur. Therefore, I am exercising the option to extend in hopes that 3.2 release will be completed by that date. End of Amendment.
