- ACTION CODE: Modification to a previous notice. This action was originally published in the FedBizOpps dated 28 Jul 2010 and amended 13 Sep 2010, 06 Oct 2010, and 09 Dec 2010. The following Pre-Solicitation Meeting/Industry Day announcement for Agile Cyber Technology (ACT) is amended to this Sources Sought notice: CLOSING RESPONSE DATE Month: 02 Day: 07 Year: 2011 PRIMARY CONTACT POINT: Thomas Parisi, Laboratory Program Manager, (315) 330-1875, email: Thomas.Parisi@rl.af.mil Alternate POC is Tanya Macrina, Laboratory Program Manager, (315) 330-1464, Tanya.Macrina@rl.af.mil AFRL will be conducting a Pre-Solicitation Meeting/Industry Day for the ACT acquisition. The purpose of this meeting is to provide interested companies/entities with an overview of the ACT contract, promote an early exchange of information, and provide an opportunity for both the Government and Industry to gather more information prior to the Sources Sought Announcement closing, DRAFT RFP and RFP being issued. A general session will be held as an all-day event on 15 FEB 2011 for interested parties to obtain information from the Government Program Managers and Contracting team. The program management and contracting team will also be hosting 30-minute private appointments during business hours on 16-18 FEB 2011. Indicate if a 30-minute private appointment is desired, the preferred day, and the security level required to facilitate your discussion. Due to space constraints, attendance will be limited to two individuals per company/entity CAGE code. Attendees must be US Citizens or Permanent resident Aliens currently cleared at the US SECRET level (or higher). Attendees are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. Note: This is NOT a "bidders conference" and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any offeror for presentations, marketing efforts or data offered for examination; therefore the cost of preparing information in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. Date: Tuesday February 15, 2011 Location: AFRL Rome Research Site, 26 Electronic Parkway, Rome NY 13441-4514, Building 106 Auditorium; Time: Check-in 7:30am - 8:30am; General Session, 8:30am - 4:00pm. Due to security constraints, attendees arriving after 8:30am cannot be accommodated.
