- PR 28871426, NSN 1560-01-170-7475, Windshield panel, aircraft (gunner's windshield). Manufacture in accordance with McDonnell Douglas Helicopter, CAGE 8V613, P/N 7-311112015-17 or PPG Aerospace, CAGE 53117, P/N NP155602-2. Sources are Pilkington Aerospace, CAGE 86175; Sierracin/Sylmar Corporation, CAGE 12035, and PPG Aerospace, CAGE 53117. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http: //RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. The solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for a total quantity of 230 each. 120 DARO, FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. First Article Contractor test required. Government Fit Verification test required. Item is of critical application. Mylar is required. Export Control Certification required. Source control applies. Configuration control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
