Description

The United States Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service intends to make a sole source award to Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., to upgrade Siemens equipment by replacing obsolete DDC controllers using PXC Technology, and to also replace MBC Controllers with PX Modular and/or compact controllers, which go with a existing Siemens monitoring system at the Beltsville Area Research Center. The Siemens monitoring system is a Closed Market system that can only be purchased, installed, services or upgraded through the Siemens network. Any work performed on the ARS systesm by someone other than a Siemens authorized representative shall voide the warranty. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award dated is Feb. 7, 2011
