Amendment 2 to Solicitation VA798-11-RP-0030 QUESTIONS and ANSWERS 2011 VBA Leadership Workshop Houston, TX March 20-25, 2011 Question #1 - On this event - can we bid on the audiovisual portion only? Or must the bidder be ¦a hotel entity only? Answer #1 - The bidder must be a hotel and must provide all of the services requested in the solicitation. Question #2 - For the requirement above, do you also require the services of a meeting planner? Answer #2 - We do not require the services of a meeting planner. (We only need a catering manager or sales representative that can coordinate meeting space, food and beverage times, etc.) Question #3 - Would it be possible to get a copy of the agenda - I am wondering if the program is complete. Answer #3 - We are currently working on the agenda. The agenda will not be finalized until closer to the event. Question #4 - I wanted to see if you had a specific format you proffered for your Technical Proposal. Answer #4 - There is no format for the Technical Proposal; however, information requested in the solicitation, under Technical, must be addressed, in addition to Past Performance, Socio-Economic status, and a Price Proposal. Question #5 - In the Pricing Proposal, do you want us to include tax and gratuity on the Food and Beverage and Rooms or are you Tax Exempt? Answer #5 - We are tax exempt
