Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Memphis, TN is seeking qualified Architectural/Engineering firms that are CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business to provide design and architectural services for energy and utility systems. The construction cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Engineering firm must be located within a 250 miles radius of the VA Medical Center,1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN. The firm shall be listed in CCR under NAICS code 541310 and be capable of providing design services including, but not limited to: site investigations, schematic design documents, design development documents and construction documents. Prime contractor should have registered architects and engineers as members of the firm or team with experience in design. The following additional licensed/registered specialty disciplines should be members of the firm, or team with demonstrable expertise in their respective fields: Cost Estimator, architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing engineers. If your firm can meet the criteria above, provide the following information: 1) SDVOSB or VOSB CVE verification ; 2) short narrative on company to include as a minimum: a) number of staff on company payroll, b) number of years as an Engineering firm, c) short narrative on company teaming/partnering approach, d) short narrative on how firm plans to accommodate site visits.; 3) a detailed description (including size, scope and dollar value) of the firm's experience in designing projects of a similar size, 4) name and address of your firm, 5) DUNS Number, and 6) name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed.
