Description
This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has a requirement for a Circuit Board High Pressure Deburr System. The unit will remove drill burrs, small surface imperfections, and debris from drilled holes in printed circuit board panels. Delivery will be required FOB destination NSWC Crane 120 days after contract award, with inspection and acceptance at destination. This solicitation will be issued on a full and open competition basis. The solicitation will be issued under the Test program in FAR 13.5 and will use commercial procedures. The contract will be awarded as firm-fixed-price. To be eligible for award, contractors must be properly registered in the Government ™s Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 31 January 2011. Closing date will be on or about 2 March 2011. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the "Submit Bid" does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. Furthermore, each interested vendor shall monitor the FBO, NECO and Crane websites for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. Please reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice.
