- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) currently has seven Law 5.0 EDD Premium bundle software license subscriptions with Searchable PDF, and intends to renew these subscriptions on a sole source basis with LexisNexis Applied Discovery, 13427 NE 16th Street, Suite 210, Bellevue, WA. The renewal period will be 2/1/11 through 1/31/12. LAW combines production level imaging and electronic discovery. It is used to extract full-text, metadata and hyperlink to the native file for review in a litigation document database, Concordance. This software is proprietary to LexisNexis, the only known source for purchase of these license subscriptions. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received by the date identified above. Written reposes must include sufficient information to established capability to fulfill the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination will be made at the sole discretion of CFTC.
