Description

The USDA-ARS-NPA, RED RIVER VALLEY AGRIC. RES. CENTER Biosciences Research Laboratory, 1605 Albrecht Blvd N. FARGO, ND 58102-2765 has a sole source requirement, Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order, pursuant to FAR Part 12, to Waters Corporation 34 Maple Street Milford, MA 01757 for a Total Assurance Warranty (TAW) for a prior purchase of a "High Resolution Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer" (HRGCMS). The TAW will be from 11/1/2010 to 10/31/2012. The Total Assurance Warranty (TAW) offered is fully comprehensive, and extends the period of your original warranty to two full years. A number of Performance Maintenance Visits (PM) are included. At time of PM a Waters factory trained engineer will replace all parts subject to wear as defined in our products specific PM checklist. All parts are guaranteed genuine Waters quality parts, and are included in a comprehensive PM parts kit which is provided for each and every PM visit. The thoroughness of Waters Performance Maintenance program ensures both maximum reliability AND maximum performance. All required corrective maintenance is also included in the Total Assurance Warranty. All parts used in corrective maintenance are guaranteed, factory-tested Waters quality parts.
