Description

This is a small purchase buy for NSN: 5985-01-262-3155. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved sources are: Microwave Engineering (06351) P/N C390-230, Starwin (63592) P/N 5311-M001, and Sensor and Antenna (93346 P/N 4258897-501 This solicitation opens on January 11, 2011 and closes on January 25, 2011. This requirement is for a quantity of 40 each. An option is not included. The Government's requested delivery time is 93 days. FOB is DESTINATION and inspection/acceptance are at ORIGIN. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 22. Type set aside: UNRESTRICTED
