Description
Synopsis: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order. The US Army Contracting Command, CECOM Contracting Center-Washington intends to award, on a sole source basis to VSE, 2550 Huntington Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22303, a firm fixed price purchase order. Under the proposed action, the contractor shall provide technical data support to include preparation, revision, and maintenance of technical data, and technical publications; relative to supporting the configuration management of various families of Military Tactical equipment specified below, including but not limited to, Tactical Quiet Generators, Power Units/Power Plants, Advanced Medium-Sized Mobile Power Systems (AMMPS), Power Distribution Illumination Systems Electrical (DISE, PDISE), Environmental Control Units, and related components. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within 10 days will be considered by the Government. Responses shall be no longer than ten (10) pages and shall be in a Microsoft Word compatible format. The anticipated award date is ten (10) from the closing date of this notice, IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https://orca.bpn.gov.
