- Amendment to Solicitation Pre-Solicitation Synopsis1. Solicitation will be issued on or about: 12 Nov 2010 and closes13 Dec 2010 for the Remanufacture/Overhaul of the B-1 Hydraulic ServoValve. This is a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE REQUIREMENT. 2. PR Number(s): FD2030-11-35940 3. Remanufacture/Overhaul 4. AMC: C 5. B-1 Hydraulic Servovalve 6. NSN: 1650-01-189-4271 7. P/N: AV13C5104-2 8. Description: The subject item is an electric motor drivenhydraulic shutoff valve. The valve is a three way, two position designthat is actuated by an electric motor driven planetary gear system. Thevalve is used to control hydraulic power for the aircraft brakingsystem. 9. The Requirement contract period will be one year with two,one-year options. The items and BEQ quantities are as follows: 10. Item 0001: Overhaul NSN: 1650-01-189-4271, P/N: AV13C5104-2,Noun: Hydaulic Servovalve, Applicable to B-1 aircraft; Basic YearQuantity, 10 each; Option Year I Quantity, 10 each; Option Year IIQuantity, 10 each; Item 0002: Over and Above Work; Item 0003: Data IAW DD1423s. 11. Applicable to: B-1 Aircraft 12. Destination: To Be Determined. 13. Required Delivery: 3 Ea 45 Days After Receipt of Order and Reparables, followed by 3 EA every 30 Days until order is complete. 14.
