Description: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the general session room may be split to provide breakout rooms. If this method is used to meet requirements, the transition must be seamless to the attendees, take less than 5 minutes and the "wall" between rooms shall provide a sound barrier so one breakout does not interrupt another breakout. Any vendor proposing this method to meet conference space requirements, shall clearly identify this on their quote. A site visit to verify the requirement can be met may be required by the government. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
