- The MICC Fort Belvoir Contracting Office is seeking industry feedback for proposed acquisition strategies/ plans for several requirements located at the Arlington National Cemetery. The government is seeking input on the proposed grouping requirements, contract types, potential small business set-asides, and any other issues affecting the quality of the proposed contracts. The purpose of this feedback is to partner with/involve industry in developing and refining the acquisition strategies/plans for the various requirements; To facilitate discussions at the industry forum; attached is an acquisition forecast and Draft Performance Work Statements. In addition, to assist in determining potential set-aside requirements, interested parties shall separately provide the following information: 1) documentation describing the offer's technical expertise in sufficient detail to make an informed determination of the offer's ability to successfully perform the service (not to exceed five (5) pages - front and back (or ten (10) single -sided) - standard 8 X 11 in. pages using not less than 10-pitch font); 2) applicable socio-economic standards (Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a) certified, Hub Zone, Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned); 3) number and retention statistics for current employee base; and 4) past performance documentation of same/similar work dating back not more than three (3) years (this documentation shall show that the offeror has experience in the contracts). Documentation provided in response to the above shall be submitted in electronic format (CD-ROM, using Microsoft (c) Office Media) to Annemarie Smither, annemarie.smither@us.army.mil by 1700 hour, 11 January 2011. Additional Information 1. There is limited space at the ANC Visitor's Center where the event will be held and for the tour. Please limit attendees to no more than two (2) per party 2. A proposed agenda is attached (subject to change) 3. One on One Q&A sessions will be conducted if contractor's request one and will be conducted on Day 2 from 0900 - until complete. These will be 15 minute seminars. 4. Prospective offers are requested to identify if a one on seminar Q&A seminar is required. Please submit your request with your information 5. Q&A time and location will be announced / confirmed on Day 1 (tentatively : the ANC Visitor's Center ) 6. Due to limited time to remaining to execute the contracts referenced, the Industry Day will substitute for follow on site visits. 7.
