Request for Proposal Dome Tension Fabric Structure - Smart Grid Trades Project The Oneonta Job Corps Academy (OJCA) and Education & Training Resources (ETR); located at 21 Homer Folks Avenue, Oneonta, N.Y. 13820, 607-433-2111, are desirous of a certified, bonded, licensed, and fully insured contractor to submit a bid on the project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. New York State prevailing wages do apply to this project. Point of contact for this project is Mr. Andrew Giordonello; he can be reached by telephone at: (607) 431-1475, or via email at Giordonello.Andrew@jobcorps.org. Concerned parties may request a bid packet via email. 1. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk through at OJCA; concerned parties will meet in the Finance & Administration Office, located in the OJCA Main Building on 21 January 2011 at 10:00 am. Please contact Administrative Assistant, Amanda Reeder at (607) 431-1500 with questions regarding meeting logistics. 2. Potential interested parties have the option of providing cost proposals for one, two, or all three of the following components of the project: a) Provide cost for delivery of specified dome structure b) Provide cost for installation of dome structure C) Provide cost for site preparation for dome structure 3. Sealed Proposals are due to Mr. Andrew Giordonello, not later than 4:00 pm, 31 January 2011. 4. Contractor will be required to secure a performance bond against the total contract amount upon award of contract and prior to project commencement. 5. A detailed project orientation and complete Scope of Work will be provided at the pre-proposal meeting. 6.
