Description

This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE to announce the anticipated release of the solicitation D11PS18840 by the Department of Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate-Herndon, VA on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs in support for their Financial Management System. A detailed Statement of Objectives (SOO) titled "Financial Management System (FMS) Production, Annual Close, and Material Weakness Remediation Support" will be included in the solicitation when issued. This pertains to the following CLINS along with the Contract Type per CLIN: CLIN 0001 - FMS Production Support - Firm Fixed Priced Effort CLIN 0002 - FMS Annual Close Support - Firm Fixed Priced Effort CLIN 0003 - Management Information Exchange (MINX) Support - Firm Fixed Priced Effort CLIN 0004 - Financial Reconciliation Data Warehouse (FRDW) Support - Firm Fixed Priced Effort CLIN0005 (OPTIONAL) - FMS Baseline Modification - Time & Materials Effort CLIN0006 - Travel - Cost Reimbursable Effort. The period of performance for this effort will be a base year of twelve months, with four one-year options. The RFP will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities on or about 31 January 2011. The RFP in its entirety will be available at http://www.aqd.nbc.gov/Business/Solicitations.aspx, on or about 31 January 2011.
