Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-07-G-0008 with the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office on an other than full and open competitive basis for NRE to complete logistics requirements to provide the necessary spare parts, supportability analysis, and technical publications (IETMs) documentation to support three level maintenance of the DEU II, MFD, and SLIM MFD upon OTPS delivery. This includes the provisioning documentation and design change notice to NAVICP for spares for aircraft components, the supportability analysis maintenance task development (Inspection, fault isolation, remove& Replace, disassemble/assemble, repair & operation check, and the interactive electronic technical manual for new intermediate and depot level tasks, graphics, illustrated parts breakdown and validation/verification on V-22 aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise required to perform this effort.
