- FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO CONTRACTING OFFICER, DLA-ZDB, Stephanie Hutchens Contracting Officer, email StephanieHutchens@us.army.mil or facsimile 256-955-8601. PRON: AX0F0724AX The Government has a requirement for a quantity of 25 each of a Cover, Access applicable to the UH-60 [BLACKHAWK] Weapon System, NSN: 5340-01-587-2054, P/N: 70219-04802-558, Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 25 each 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage code: 78286 with delivery to Stockton, CA, 95296-0130. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, or legible data to purchase this part from other than the current source(s). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
