- This notice was previously synopsized using FA8523-11-R-30141 in error. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a solicitation for Advisory and Assistant Services for support of the CCaR (Comprehensive Cost and Requirement) system. The period of performance is a basic period of twelve (12) months and two (2) one year options. The successful offeror will provide one (1) experienced, CCaR certified business analyst to assist government organizations in tracking their planning, budgeting and requirements execution information. Solicitation has been posted on 30 December 2010 with a due date of 18January 2011. Foreign participation is not permitted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition will utilize FAR 12 and FAR 13 procedures.
