- NOTICE OF INTENT MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to; BTE Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $56,695.00 for the Primus RS Dynanometer Exercise System, to include trade-In. This system is intended for use at Madigan Army Heathcare System, Tacoma, WA. The Primus RS Dynamometer is propreitary under BTE Technologies and there were no known systems in comparison to this product with accessories. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government on future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
