- Amendment #0004, Integrated Solid Waste Managment, RVKQ 10-0149s, FA6670-10-R-0004, revised Performance Rating Questionnaire and extension to Solicitaion to 3 Jan 11. S205-Contractor to provide all plant labor, equipment, materials, and transportation, necessary to perform Refuse Collection and Recycling Service, in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 26 Oct 2010, Project# RVKQ 10-0149s, at the 914 and 107 AirLift Wing Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, N.Y. The project includes but is not limited to the following tasks: basewide refuse and recycle of the following items: cardboard recyclable, paper recyclable, construction debris, plastic, glass, and metal can recyclables. Collection of refuse and recyclable materials shall be from the contractor-provided, government-approved containers, or recycling bins. Period of Performance: Basic Year plus 4 Option Years, with a proposed start date of 02 Feb 2011. Solicitation is full and open with a 10% HUBZone SB evaluation preference. Possible Multiple awards may be considered as a result of this solicitation. The type of contract that would be awarded will be an Firm Fixed-Price Service Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, with a small business size of $12,500,000. All responsive responsible sources from both small and large business concerns may submit a proposal that shall be considered. Proposals shall be evaluated on both past performance and price, with past performance being significantly higher than price. Potential bidders should download RFP package FA6670-10-R-0004 from FBO website: https://www.fbo.gov/. No hard copies will be provided. All questions shall be in writing, no later than 6 Dec 10, and sent by email to: murray.taylor2@US.AF.MIL or linda.hatfield@us.af.mil or by facsimile (716-236-2357). It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the website for any changes or updates. Issue date was 23 Nov 2010, but with amendment #0004 to Solicitation the RFP closing date becomes 03 Jan 11.
