- NSN: 1615-01-086-1498, Beam Assy, Tail Rotor. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed priced contract. The requirement is for 232 each, New Cumberland, PA. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. THe required delivery is 202 days. ABVS applies and the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). SOle Source (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requestors by contacting the buyer directly. the solicitation issue date is December 23, 2010 and the close date is January 21, 2011.
