- The Department of Interior / US Fish & Wildlife is soliciting offers to procure fencing and electric fencing materials intended for the construction of a 160 acre (approximate) extension to the Sonoran Pronghorn Captive Breeding Pen at Cabeza Prieta NWR. This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information including this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes (RFQ) and will be procures under FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business.
