- The U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command Contracting Center, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division (AICD), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-2) to Precision Filters, Inc. 240 Cherry St ITHACA, NY 14850-5099. The contractor shall provide maintenance and repair of Precision Filters 28000-series signal conditioning system, including system subcomponents. This equipment uses Precision Filters intellectual and proprietary property not available to other contractors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334515 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:30 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 4 January 2011. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
