- NSN 1670-00-779-1253, Solicitation SPM4A7-11-R-1418, PR IQC10335009031. This proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract is for a Cutter Assembly, Parachute Riser. The procurement item description cites DWG #: 98750 60C6037 AMEND NR D DTD 86 MAY 27 Type# P/N 60C6037. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated Annual Demand for all five years is 2,352 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 642 each for the base year only. This solicitation is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 60 days ARO. Surge is not required. Government First Article testing is required. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI) and configuration controlled. This is NOT a Critical Safety Item.
