- Pricing schedule for AC Condensers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG80-11-Q-PHTG47 and is a Request for Quotations. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-47. The NAICS code is 333618 and the corresponding size standard is 1,000 employees. The purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price purchase order and will be based on price and availability to meet delivery schedule. Vendor should include warranty terms and conditions and prompt payment discounts with their quote. Faxed and e-mailed quotes are being accepted. Faxed quotes may be sent to Helen Chapa-Johnson at (757)628-4562, and e-mailed quotes may be sent to Helen Chapa-Johnson at maria.e.chapa-johnson@uscg.mil. Contractors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes. Quotes must contain the Contractor's DUNS number. Quotes must be received no later than January 11, 2011, by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The government anticipates awarding a purchase order for these parts on or about January, 14, 2011. The government desires delivery of all parts on or before February 8, 2011, and requires definite delivery by February 28, 2011. The delivery shall be FOB, destination. Inspection and Acceptance shall also be at destination. This acquisition is for the procurement of AC CONDENSERS (see attached schedule of supplies) to be shipped to the following destination : U. S. COAST GUARD SFLC/WMEC Receiving Section/Bldg 88 Attn: Mr. Mike Hamburg (410)762-6897 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD BALTIMORE, MD 21226 Substitute parts are not acceptable. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. It is the Government's belief that only CARRIER CORPORATION and/or their authorized distributors can obtain the required technical and engineering data, and genuine OEM parts, required to successfully provide these items. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within three (3) calendar days from the day this notice is posted. The information submitted must include a letter from the OEM verifying the offeror is an authorized distributor, and verifying the OEM will supply only genuine OEM parts The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this request for quotation and are incorporated by reference.
