Description

Requirements for Rapid Maintenance THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICIATATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Materials Management Departments (MMD) intends to award on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 253(c)(1) as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 a Purchase Order to Philips Medical Systems, 3000 Minuteman Road, Andover, MA 01810, for a maintenance agreement to cover Philips Physiological Monitors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals: This requirement is for maintenance requested by the Materials Management Department (MMD). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in writing to Stacey Polk, spolk@cc.nih.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. There is no solicitation package available. No telephone calls please. In any case, the government reserves the right to make an award to that offeror or whose proposal provides the best overall value to the Government.
