NSN - 2915014474514NZ7. 7. PN - 40835698. 8. Description: Function: Increases the fuel contration at the ignitorson the core engine. Form: 6 inches x 1 inch x 1 inch; Material: Nickelalloy. This is not a small business set aside. New MaterialManufactured Solicited. Sole source to Woodward FST, INC,ZEELAND,MI.,49464-1320 (CAGE: 65065). 9. Total Line Item Quantity: The Government anticipates awarding a firmfixed price IDIQ type contract with an ordering period of three (3)years. Total 3 Year Requirment (BEQ): 1489 EATotal Contract Max QTY: 2234 EAMinimum Order QTY: 124 EA; Maximum Order QTY: 744 EACurrent Requirement for LI 0001: 667EA 10. Mandatory Language: Note AE-FAR 5.207 (c) (15) (ii). Sole source authority at 6.302-1, allresponsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, orquotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Duration of Contract Period: 3 YEARS Trade Agreements - One or more of the items under this acquisition issubject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreementand Free Trade Agreement. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors orpotential offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested,the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source ofthe concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation ofproposals or in the source selection process. A Determination by the Government notto compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice issolely within the discretion of the Government. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services.
