- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN TAMPA/CLEARWATER AREA General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Tampa/Clearwater Area Delineated Area: Space must be located within the following boundaries: N: Curlew Road east to Forest Lake Boulevard east to Race Track Road east to S Mobley Road east to Sheldon Road south to Ehrlich Road, east to Bearss Avenue W: Gulf of Mexico east on 60 (Gulf to Bay Boulevard) to Old Tampa Bay E: Nebraska Avenue south to Crosstown Expressway east to Sparkman Channel south to Hillsborough Bay S: 60 (Gulf to Bay Boulevard) east to Old Tampa Bay/Tampa Bay/Hillsborough Bay Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,400 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 secured (fenced) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: -The proposed space must not be near or adjacent to public facing entities. -Space must not be located on the first floor of any multi-story building. -First floor space will only be considered in single story buildings. -Roof access will be required for antenna installation. -A 20 foot setback will apply. -22 secured (fenced) parking spaces are required on site for Government-owned vehicles. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Subleases are not acceptable. Space must not be located within the 100-year flood plain.
