Specificscheduled missions that SCU is expected to support include Organics and OrganismsExposure to Orbital Stresses (O/OREOS), MisST, and Mission of Opportunity (MOO) 2.Although the Government does not anticipate competition, interested organizations maysubmit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort via email to theidentified point of contact not later than 10:00 a.m. local time on December 30, 2010.Such capabilities/ qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determiningwhether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
