Description
Statement of Work Sole Source Justification PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION: Dr. Charles Bridgman The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). Proposed source is Dr. Charles Bridgman (CAGE: 3DNY6, NAICS: 611710). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations: however, all quotations/responses received within FIVE (7) days of issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. Further determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be faxed to Daniel Enders, ASC/PKOBB, 937-656-1412 or e-mailed to daniel.enders@wpafb.af.mil no later than 21 December 10. Only proposals received by this date will be considered. Any questions should be directed to Daniel Enders at 937-522-4625. The Operational Contracting Division of Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the following requirement: CLIN 0001: Prepare, present, and evaluate student performance for the course NENG 791, Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) (40 classroom hours) for graduate students of the Nuclear Engineering Program at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), School of Engineering at a time scheduled by the AFIT registrar (AFIT/RR). The contractor will schedule at least 4 hours per week for office hours to meet with students, and prepare, administer, and grade tests and problems.
