- Sole Source Justification PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION: Agilent Technologies The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). Proposed source is Agilent Technologies (CAGE: 1LQK8). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations: however, all quotations/responses received within SEVEN (7) days of issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. Further determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be faxed to Daniel Enders, ASC/PKOBB, 937-656-1412 or e-mailed to daniel.enders@wpafb.af.mil no later than 21 December 2010. Only proposals received by this date will be considered. Any questions should be directed to Daniel Enders at daniel.enders@wpafb.af.mil. The Operational Contracting Division of Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the following requirement: CLIN 0001: N5260A Millimeter Wave test set controller w/ 1 year Onsite warranty, PS-S20 Startup assistance, E8363CU Upgrade kits w/ 3 month return warranty, E8363CU-UNL Source attenuators and bias tees, E8363CU-081 Reference receiver switches, and E8363CU-H11 IF Access upgrade.
