Description: Reminder, we need the Site Visit Access Request Roster submitted to us at mark.corn@eur.army.mil no later than 1700 CET (Central European Time) 20 December 2010. In accordance with the Solicitation, the Site Visit Access Request Roster is a requirement that must be submitted on time if your Solicitation is to receive an "Acceptable" rating on the Technically Acceptable standard for that category. Even if you have a business already in Romania and have access already to MK Airbase, we still need you to submit the request roster just like everyone else in order to meet the Technically Acceptable standard. If you show up for the site visit and we have not received your Site Visit Access Request Roster by 1700 CET 20 DEC 2010, you will be turned away and will not be allowed to attend the Site Visit in accordance with the statement of work. Again, travel to Romania and/or to Site Visit is at your own expense. The US Government is not funding travel for anyone or any company.
