- USDA Naural Resources Conservation Service in New York State is seeking an independent real estate professional such as an agent, broker or appraiser licensed and registered in New York State to complete a market analysis of agricultural land, by County. The independent real estate professional shall be experienced and knowledgeable of the dynamics of agricultural sales within the State of New York. The solicitation will be reserved for small business and will be available from this site by December 23, 2010. A firm fixed price contract is anticipate to include a base year and 4 option periods to provide an annual updates.
