A: The source sought effort is a market research effort, and the Government is not in a position to take questions regarding the requirement. Q: Are hard copy submissions also required? A: Email responses are the preferred method of delivery. Q: Should the total number of any sources sought documents included be a total of 3 pages? Does that also apply to a hard copy that was sent separately? A: The total number of pages should be 3 pages, hard copy or email. Q: Does the page count include a cover letter and/or attachments?
