- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Service Contract w/ the following CLINS: Cerex Canary Repair W911S6-11-T-0006 -0001 Qty = 10 Contractor shall evaluate 10 Canary process analyzers for operational status and provide a recommendation of needed repairs to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Contractor shall provide report to the COR with cost estimate of repairs to individual Canary units. Contractor shall obtain a notice to proceed from the Contracting Officer before performing repairs. This requirement is subject to availability of funding (SAF) per FAR 52.232-18. Government shall pay for shipping to contractor location. Contractor shall pay for return shipping of Canary units to Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway, UT 84022. PLEASE BID HERE $____________________ Each -0002 Qty = 10 Contractor shall Repair Canary units per the contractor's report developed in CLIN 0001. Contractor shall have notice to proceed from the Contracting Officer before performing any work on the Canary units. Repair shall include but not be limited to the PC, Analog to Digital PCB, Connectors (USB Ports), Routers, labor, shipping, handling, general and administrative costs, etc. Contractor shall provide report to include but not be limited to parts, labor, job title. This requirement is subject to availability of funding (SAF) per FAR 52.232-18. Government shall pay for shipping to contractor location. This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cerex Monitoring Solutions, 1816 Briarwood Industrial Court, Suite D, Atlanta, GA 30329. This is for one (1) each Power Study. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements.
