Description
Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the acquisition and implementation of a Tips, Complaints and Referrals (TCR) Triage solution This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the acquisition and implementation of a Tips, Complaints and Referrals (TCR) Triage solution for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This RFP contains a two-part source selection process. In Part One, all offeror(s) responding to Factor One, Corporate Experience, will be evaluated and a decision made on a Go / No Go basis. The assessment will be based on whether the offeror submitted an acceptable example of a previously implemented solution that clearly demonstrates corporate experience. Failure of offeror(s) to submit a Corporate Experience example during Part One will preclude further participation in this acquisition. At the concussion of this assessment, a list of qualified firms receiving a "Go" will be posted on FedBizzOps (www.fbo.gov). These offeror(s) will then be invited in writing to submit a technical and price proposal in accordance section L, Part Two instructions. All offeror(s) receiving a "No Go" will be notified by email. In response to this RFP, the SEC contemplates awarding a Labor Hours, Time and Materials (TM) contract through competitive negotiated procedures. Source Selection will be conducted through the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15 to an offeror that offers the best value to the Government in terms of price, technical merit, and whose performance is expected to best meet the stated Government requirement. The NAICS code applicable to this project is 518210, Size standard is $23 million. This announcement constitutes the only combined synopsis/solicitation. Copies of this RFP will be available via FBO. In order to be considered for award, interested contractors must register in CCR and are responsible for printing all RFP related documents. It is the responsibility of all potential offeror(s) to monitor the FBO website for the release of any amendments or related information. All questions regarding this solicitation should be forwarded to Matthew Graham at grahamm@sec.gov
