- The following statement is removed: "Other than full and open competition applies after exclusion of sources." It is replaced by: Full and open competition after exclusion of sources apllies. This item contains an Export Control Technical Data Package. PR No: 0026195280; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Bracket, Roller to be used on the T-38 Aircraft. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 1620-00-103-7028 In Accordance with Drawing NR 3-40609, REV "D", DTD 10/12/1970. Quantity: 500 Each Delivery: First Article Testing applies. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, First Article Testing materials: 90 days ARO, Government Testing and Evaluation 180 days, Delivery of Production materials 292 days AFAA. Total delivery is 562 days. Delivery will be 292 days ARO if First Article Testing is waived. Surge requirements do not apply. This is a small business set aside. Other than full and open competition applies after exclusion of sources. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about December 9, 2010. The anticipated award date is March 5, 2011. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Small Business Subcontracting Plan not required. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on or about December 9, 2010 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
