- Request for Quote (RFQ) SOLICITATION DOCUMENT NO. RMH00110012 is issued for the purchase, delivery and unloading of dairy products for Sherman Indian High School, Riverside, CA 92503, for the student Food Service Program. Potential quoters are to download the solicitation document in its' entirety from the fedbizopps / nbc website. The Government intends to issue a Fixed Price Contract award for the Base Year, with three (3) possible Option Years - potential quoters are not to interpret or assume that the Option Years are an automatic extension of the Term of the Contract. Issue Date for the RFQ is o/a 12-14-2010. Closing Date for receipt of quotes is 12-14-2010, Tuesday, 4:30 PM Phoenix, AZ local time. Services (delivery) of the dairy items is to be initated the week of 01-01-2011 for the Base Year.
