- Title: Replacement 40 CFS Turbine Pump (clockwise rotation) -- NOTE: This Solicitation readvertises Solicitation F11PS00068. Specifications have been changed such as the Rotation above is now Clockwise; also see Motor Lead requirements. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number (RFP) F11PS00297, the RFP will be posted on or about December 7, 2010. This requirement is to provide a replacement 40 CFS Turbine Pump (CLOCKWISE rotation) for the Bureau of Reclamation operations via the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge. This RFP will be advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking but, not limiting the procurement to certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333611 - Turbine and Turbine Generator Set Unit Manufacturing (Size Standard- Number of employees 1000). When posted, all Statement of Work, Specifications, Technical Points of Contact and related documents will be available for download via the National Business Center (NBC) website http://ideasec.nbc.gov/j2ee/login.jsp, use the quick search box to access the solicitation by number. Postings will also be linked to the NBC via the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov.
