- This sources sought action is being conducted to determine if there are adequate Small Businesses capable of conducting the following: Contractor services to provide Advanced Individual Training (AIT) instruction to soldiers in the 428th Field Artillery (FA) Brigade, 1-78th FA Battalion, Military Occupation Specialties (MOS) 13B10 and 13R10 and 13D10, 13F10, 13P10 and 13T10 at Ft. Sill Oklahoma. Currently, these requirements are separate: one: 13B10 and 13R10 and two: 13D10, 13F10, 13P10 and 13T10. Please provide capabilities if requirements were to be consolidated into one. If Contractor cannot meet the requirement if combined, provide capabilities as separate requirements and statement as to why cannot meet the requirements if combined. DRAFT Performance Work Statements (PWS) for each requirement has been attached. The contemplated Contract is a one-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with two one-year options. We are requesting capability packages from businesses which qualify as a Small Business under NAICS 611430 (size standard $7.0 million). Currently, FA instructor requirements are met through 3 single award Firm Fixed Price Contracts: W9124L-09-P-0280, W912SU-07-P-0042 and W9124L-09-P-0229. The incumbent Contractors at Ft. Sill are Denmar Services, Inc and Keybridge Technologies. Contracts are due to expire 31 March 2011. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION REQUESTED: Interested Small Business concerns shall provide a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 13 pages in length, double spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the services. Please review carefully the requirements listed below. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on the following questions: 1. Company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office location(s), DUNS number, and business size certification(s). 2. Prior/current experience performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three years, including contract number, organizations supported indication of whether as a prime or subcontractor, contract values, Government point of contact with current telephone number, and a brief description of how the referenced contract relates to the services described herein. 3. What is the minimum and maximum dollar value project on which your firm would routinely consider submitting a proposal? 4. Company's ability to perform at least 51% of the work. 5. What specific technical skills does your company possess which will ensure capability to perform the tasks? 6. What do you see as the primary risk areas and/or potential issues associated with an acquisition of this type. How do you propose to mitigate any risk(s)? 7. Resources available such as management and currently employed personnel to be assigned to tasks under this effort to include professional qualifications, specific experience of such personnel, and the ability to have personnel located at the site specified? 8. Statement regarding capability to obtain the required security clearances identified in DRAFT Performance Work Statement. 9. Any other comments or suggestions that you would like to inform us about?
