- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number QA133W-11-RQ-0119 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335911 with a small business size standard of 500 employees or less. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) requires the following items: Item 0001: Quantity of 20 each Lithium Batteries Part # CCC-7 Item 0002: Shipping: FOB Destination, NDBC, Bldg 3202, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529 The required delivery date for items 0001 is January 19, 2011.
