Description

This is a market research, sources sought announcement only-solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment from the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Contracting Activity located at 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048, Attn: Robert Nicholas, Contracting Officer or via facsimile to (913) 758-6495 (Attn: Robert Nicholas) or email at robert.nicholas@va.gov, requires Home Infusion Services to include Equipment and Pharmaceuticals to be provided for the St. Louis MO VAMC. These services will be performed off-site for the St. Louis MO VAMC. A Government proposal to provide this service is being considered, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Specifically, we are seeking information on businesses who are Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns who offer the services previously described. Should there be a sufficient number of concerns available to compete this procurement the VISN 15 Contracting Activity intends to issue a solicitation as a Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Only concerns that are Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses should provide information regarding their experience and capabilities to the Point of Contact listed in this Notice within 15 days of this notice.
