- Additional Q&As Q.1 What is the standard configuration of hardware and software that will be available to all individuals involved with this program? For example, all users use standard PCs using Microsoft XP or Win7 OS and use Microsoft Office applications including Internet Explorer (for web browsing). A.1 Assume that everyone will use either Macs or PCs and will have access to email. Q.2 Your RFP seems to indicate that all work is taken as “work for hire”, but computer programs often make use of elements of code that are licensed from third parties, how would we indicate such requirements? A.2 The assumption is that applicants will make use of pre-existing programs, e.g., Excel, Word, etc.
